ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Manage ring back tone content for DTAC ring back tone service to all channels (web, wap, ivr).
- Manage DTAC ring back tone event for web site www.dtacmusic.com, wap.dtacmusic.com
- Quality control ring back tone content.
- Handle and analyst customer complaint.
- Co-ordinate with another team to support case complaint.
- Make a report and statistic of weekly download.
- Coordinate to solve customer’s problems.
