• Contact external laboratory for laboratory and standard testing as required by Factory, Sale and Marketing and meeting with team in case of product quality problem.
• Conduct and perform the experiment for research and development project.

1. ปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตทั้งในส่วนการบรรจุลงกระป๋อง และไลน์ปิดฉลาก โดยได้ลดความสูญเสียต่างๆดังนี้
-ลดความสูญเสียจากการผลิตมากเกินไป (Over Production Waste)
-ลดความสูญเสียเนื่องจากการเก็บวัสดุคงคลัง (Inventory)
-ลดความสูญเสียเนื่องจากการเคลื่อนไหว (Motion)
-ลดความสูญเสียเนื่องจากกระบวนการผลิต (Processing)
-ลดความสูญเสียเนื่องจากการรอคอย (Delay)
-ลดความสูญเสียเนื่องจากการผลิตของเสีย (Defect)
ซึ่งได้นำหลักการของ PDCA, Kaizen, Lean, six sigma มาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์
2. ทำหน้าที่เป็นที่ปรึกษาโครงการทุกโครงการปรับปรุงภายในองค์กร
3. จัดทำ KPI ให้กับทุกฝ่าย เพื่อนำมาวัดผลการทำงานภายในองค์กร

ประสบการณ์ทำงานอื่นๆ
1. ขณะทำงานที่บริษัท Recycle Engineering ได้เป็นคณะกรรมการความปลอดภัยและได้ทำ Checklist ในแผนกของ R&D
และได้เป็น Auditor ตรวจประเมินในระบบ ISO 9001 และ 14001
2. ขณะทำงานที่บริษัท โอเชียนกลาส จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้มีโอกาสอบรมระบบ ISO 9001 , ISO14001 และ ISO18001 เว่อชั่น 2015 และได้เป็น Auditor ตรวจประเมินทั้ง 3 ระบบ
3. ได้รับใบรับรองการผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตร 6 sigma green belt (การปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ)
