ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Optimization site/cluster to improve the overall quality 3G(UMTS2100) and LTE(LTE2100, LTE2300) FDD_Swap and TDD_New support north region (project NOKIA DTAC).
- Responsible in optimization fix complain from customers for IM(SM7) north region of DTAC.
- Import stat OSS from NetAct DTAC for send to report team and create daily kpi report.
- Prepared PAC reports and FAC reports by using Nemo, Actix and checked for network related performance issues in the received data.
- Managed a team of 2 Drive-test engineers for test signal mobile phone system 3G(UMTS2100) and LTE (LTE2100, LTE2300).
- Monitored various radio parameters and related parameters of each site.
- Prepared drive routes on street and trips for the cluster driving or single site by using MapInfo.
- Prepared daily status reports and weekly issue for sites and clusters reports.
- Walk test and Report CQT & CVT analyze for 3G, LTE and NR.
- Draft Redmark HUAWEI AIS by using AutoCaD of system 4G26/5G26, 3G21/4G18(4x4) support Nakhon Pathom central region (project HUAWEI AIS).

- Enhance the network performance by using suitable features and techniques.
- Maintain KPI and checking statistic.
- Worst cell analysis and adjust parameter.
- Network performance monitoring.
- Check FEA and AOR Report.
- Check load balanced of system for provide to implement.
- Assign DTC Team and VPAC Team prepare for Tuning report and PAT report.
- Assign DT Team for test Tuning and Acceptance.
- Check A116 report, CVT report and PAT report for submit to TRUE customer.
