- Services and Support Performs maintenance for Asian Honda Motor, company and handles hardware and software issue.
- Providing advice and services about the Honda member computer.
- Ensure that customers are provided with relevant user guides and advice for future reference.
- Ensure governance process are implemented and followed.
- Monitoring and maintaining Honda computer systems and network.
- Responsible for test new technologies in organization.
- Propose and implement improvements.
- Provide technical support to internal customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Meeting Room Set-up and troubleshooting.
- Investigate and troubleshoot problems to let Honda system run smoothly.
- Cooperates with asset team to keep and update record of PC/Laptop/printer inventory.
- Any other task assigned as and when required.
