Preparation production line (New Model)
Plan improve production process and control the plan to meet the target.
Participate continuous improvement, cost reduction and scrapped rate reduction activities
Provide sufficient and proper training to operators
Establish and manage all processes standard time cycle time, analyses gap against TAKT time and identify action to meet target
Understand and be able to lead introduction of LEAN manufacturing
Review, establish, collaborate with other department, and sustain Standard Work for all processes including Time Observation Sheet, Combination sheet (man/machine), Cell/Process layout, and Operator Loading Chart as minimum
Be a part of production team to continuously develop new system/program to improve the production control systems
