Responsible for receiving and paying office bills such as a company mobile bills and office supplies bills
Request and submit documents to The Government Office, The Revenue Department, Department of Business Development, Social Fund and Bank such as PND1, Pho. Pho. 30 and Company Affidavit
Place an order office supplies included miscellaneous items
File and update contact information of employees, customers and related persons
Support as assigned
Receptionist: communicate with internal and external in English
