• Analyze, control, maintain and check system performance. Infrastructure of each IT service
• Support to use and troubleshoot applications, servers, databases.
• Make a plan and plan the annual budget of the IT department.
• Manage server HQ Server, File Server, Antivirus Server Account Server, Mail Server, VM Ware, SQL Server, NAS Storage, Backup Server.
• Explore risks and prepare a risk response plan.
• Determine and define various policies of the Information Technology Department, Service Portfolio / Service Catalog
• Design, plan, control, install/extend, check, troubleshoot, network system, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewall and Load Balance to support user usage.
• Check and adjust Configuration of Firewall to be safe according to company regulations and Audit and can prevent network attacks.
• Advise and update the firmware to the appropriate version by checking the report of the product owner. and planning and implementing firmware upgrades to prevent vulnerabilities in the network.
• Provide working methods and working guidelines according to the principles of ISO
