Responsibility
1.Manage personnel in related work areas to perform duties in accordance with the company policy.
2.Save and reduce unnecessary expenses within the store such as reducing electricity bill,water bill etc.
3.P&L data analysis and action to increase sales.
4.Push sales and drive margin Fresh food, Dry food, and None food by department to achieve Budget.
5.Control and reduce shrinkage Fresh food,Dry food, None food under target from the company.
6.Daily reduce aging status from existing to action push sales.
7.Daily monitor OPL(Order proposal List) to sales per week.
8.Focus top margin own brand and display to push sales.
9.Prepared action plan promotion store request to sales( Big lot sales).
10.Manage the store to be in standard and customer service to impress.(OEP)
11.Duty store manager on time.
12.Support and problem solving for all subordinate section manager and staff.
13.Call to customer for offer promotion by period in store.
14.Other assigned by Store General Manager.
