1. To responsible for product quality improvement project by apply six-sigma &
Lean manufacturing for problem solving.
2. Analysis the root cause of problem in each process by design FMEA, cooperate
with engineering team and customer to solve the problem and provide corrective
action.
3. Trouble shooting and problem solving for quality issue or customer feedback
4. Quality monitoring by SPC chart.
5. Create process control procedure (work instruction)
1.Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
2.Review the implementation and eciency of quality and inspection systems
ensuring continuous compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirement
3. Analyze data to identied area of improvement in quality system
4. Assist with the preparations of audit done by customers ad any externa party
5. Assist the quality assurance manager as a company representative and
authority with regulatory agencies, customer quality functions and quality
concerns from customers
6. Be an active member of management team providing logistical support on all
quality issues.
