- Design process for assembly product
- Analyze failure PCB of process about other probes
- Leader Instruction training to Supervisor and operator
- Compare product instructions and Engineering instruction
- Control new model schedule and result new model achieve target
- Project cost reduce company target
- Follow up other schedule with all concern departments
- Control jobs target safe launch close product for MP (Mass production)
- Contact with japan member by E-mail and communication
Since start planning schedule to MP (Mass production)
- Follow up failure occurred SMT machine (Other problem)
- Leader team verify process part broken occurred at the process
- Design concept moving operation Jig (Fixture) for process
- Software inspection product control (Only monitoring)
- Review CP FMEA WI with APQP member
