-Prepare cost estimation according to the plan and specification
of the client.
-Review of Tender document to plan the bidding.
-Ensure that clarifications to get better clarity on bid submission.
-Understand clearly the scope of the project.
-Responsible to verify detail quantity take-off from tender
documentation.
-Coordinate with supplier/ sourcing material and update price

-Handle necessary paperwork.
-Join audit and meeting (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) of project.
-Contact and coordinate with main contractor and other
subcontractors.
-Estimated quantities and price.

-Resolve issues to ensure work adheres to the plan.
-Coordinate with contractors and suppliers, procure raw
materials, and update prices.
