• Control transportation for wood & Chip by manage trucks around 80 trucks in north-east.
• Set and Control gas consumption rate less than Maximum rate (2.0 -2.2 kg./km.)
• Manage tire expense by set budget according by reasonable using mileage.
• Changing insurance by categorizing type of trucks separate by goods and routing.
• Modify flat tail truck to box tail truck type to utilize assets.
• Expanding the high of box tail to gain more capacity of carry (under legal) from 28Tons/truck to 30 Tons/truck.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Warehouse and Shipping
- Control inbound and outbound both raw material and finish goods using WMS&ERP.
- Set safety stock of raw material and finish goods.
- Control “Work in Process” less than target.
- ControlControl abnormal stock.
- Control long aging finish goods to under target.
- Manage and control annual physical inventory investigating.
- Reconcile inventory with ERP and report to supervisor.
- Manage transportation to delivery finish goods to customers (use outsourcing logistics company).
- Manage manpower to support warehouse, production and transportation according by working load.
- Handle QSS (Quick Six Sigma) projects to improve quality, reduce process, reduce loss and waste.
• Production Planning
- Control production by set scheduling plan according by delivery due date.
- Control manpower, consumable, overtime, etc.
- Control sub material for export order (ex. Fumigated pallet etc.) without shortage and no delay.
- Control premium sub material “Plastic Film Coating” to meet the orders without shortage and without delay.
- Create “VBA Excel” program for production plan scheduling to run production planning report.
- Manage “Outsourcing supplier” to produce over capacity orders to gain more productivity and profit.
- Coordinate with Rayong team to move raw material to Chonburi with suitable inventory stock.
