1 To communicate and coordinate from clients to team for resolving problem.
2 Answer telephones and emails and give advices to resolve the problem for client
3 Create job cards, which have been received from clients to system and also close job cards and assign jobs to each departments
4 Follow up the jobs with team and update the process to clients.

6 Update monthly report that have been created in CAFM system to Google Doc
7 Make the signs for using in School area.
8 To file all job cards that have been issued as a monthly task.
