Support sale on preparing technical solution required to customer requirements assesses customer met and unmet need, and recommends solution that optimize value for both the customer and the firm. Present solution products and company services to prospective customers.

Work deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and support technical service prepares cost estimated submit key account orders by costing. contribute with sale team, infrastructure engineer and subcontract. presale and project management support account domestic and international business such as facility in data center. Coordinated closely with internal sales, sales support, subcontract, and service resource to align solution design with customer requirements.
Hand on project management and presale include facility in data center or server room and problem management experience relate in project include approach logical to planning and implementation.

Project management and develop project plan and define key milestones. Lead and manage team to solve any issues. Coordinate related parties to ensure project delivery to meet requirement, objectives, and timeline. Track project progress and report to director management as needed, ensure that report and related documents are updated. Project deliverable sign-off and complete delivery to customer. Effective manage budget, monitor expenditure within project and cost finalization process, and ensure vendor and subcontract deliver services as agreed contract.

Prepares operating budget for the cost center as related to the cost center achieves cost center project through labor expense and administrative expense controls.

To attend meeting with clients to determine technical and business requirement and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing and solution.

Providing technical presentation and answers for all technical questions to sale executive.

Hands-on project as assigned for post & pre- sale technical support both current and new customer as well as the report of product issues and deficiencies preparation. Attend the meeting and present to sale support, site survey location, gathering data to relevant data center design (layout rack, calculate share load to support raised floor, drawing floor plan with Auto CAD program). Supervision of contractors to wiring cables (network and power) and relocation IT equipment.

Prepare specifications document, proposal and comply statement of TOR, project budget and service quotation related to sale, problem solving on immediate issue and document project. Gathering data of IT equipment in server room such as rack, server, network and cables. Implement CA DCIM 4.11.0 with CA Singapore and documentation such as configure & administration, service quotation, on the job training and UAT. Deliver project to clients.

Install Sun Solaris OS 10, Divide partition disk, Mirror disk. Site survey location for installation server, switch network, rack and cable (UTP cable, Fiber optic cable and power cable). Prepare document project about site survey, UAT and PAT report. Assembly part of server (memory, CPUs, power supply, disk, etc.), Mount rack, Install server, switch network, rack and wiring cable (UTP cat5e/6, Fiber Optic cable and Power Cable).
