ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Support data to Simulate continuous enhancement of supporting systems and design processes
• Support and Work with Quality and production to review QCC project
• Develop and prepare production of draft reports and delivery of presentations.
• Identify areas of process improvement occasions.
• Track and execute cost reduction for process improvements
• Ensure apt documentation for entire projects
• Support Develop and sustain employees training and development on lean concepts.
• Support documents for conformance to set design standards and verify completed work
• Support value stream mapping exercises to determine and record business improvement areas.
• Support Develop and implement project plans to achieve Future State.
• Present ISO compliant documents and design introductions systems
• Create and update process flow chart
• Work with team to create and update Kaizen suggestion
• Other engineering documents control, e.g. Working Instruction, Flow chart etc.
• Train and ensure production follow the updated engineering documentation / specification.
• Support process problem solving activities.
• Execute new equipment acceptance test and develop acceptance criteria for new model of equipment.
• Apply Best practice sharing from peer EO plants to proliferate to EOT facility.
• Coordinates 5S and Kaizen and initiate continuous improvement project.
• Provide necessary document and information and work with team to get capital expenditure approved.
• Any support requirement from plant regarding process perspective.
• Ensure to apply safety requirement and Ergonomic consideration to accept a new process or new equipment.
• Responsible for all 5S + safety training to all the operators.
