Responsibility :
1. Statistics on employee, leave, absent,late, overtime,resign, new employee and benefits reporting to headquarters (Attendance & Income summary report to payroll head office).
2. KPI report each month to the employees.
3. Training new employees. And safety at work of employees.
4. Report on the training of all employees in the agency(Training record).
5. Welfare Committee. Safety Board. And fire evacuation drills, and more.
6. Employee assessment and a summary of the Performance (PMI) staff.
7. Filings with the Social Security Office.
8. Control Security Guard, Maid of company.
9. Serves as an interface between managers, employees ,outside agencies and others concerning HR related issues.
10. Assists with defining short/long term HR initiatives in support of the business unit's strategic objectives.
11. HR document everything,Probation,Transfer,Promote.
12. Operate under the policy of the company.
13. Control and Consultation with employees.
14. Various other general HR and administration tasks.
*Purchase/ Account Job.
15. Open a PR agency for everything for user request.
16. Receive goods from the supplier.
17. Procurement plan for the consumable, stationery and more.
18. Negotiations for the purchase of goods.
19. Coordination with Supplier for Four Forklift problems.
20. Petty Cash reporting and control.
21. Receipt billing . The date of the check
22. Cost reporting period, Payment Record.

9.Monitoring status of actual delivery part on time to relation AAT order schedule.
10.Master plan setting and follow up all project and all even for new project.
11.Issue daily report from summary production result data.
12.Mark preparation plan and equipment schedule of support production.
13.Support AAT in emergency order part direct supply (ILVS) In Line Vehicle Sequencing.
14.Returnable Packaging control between LAT to AAT
