Assigned to work onsite at NT Public Company Limited (GIN NT2 project)
- Monitoring network performance.
- Monitor and maintain digital government secure link (DG-Link)
mainly based on velocloud for NT2
- Monitor and maintain network onsite DGA for NT2 customers.
(Network and Security Cases)
- Identifying, Diagnosing, and Resolving network problems.
- Install, Implement, Maintain and monitor network for NT2.
- Install, Implement, Maintain VM servers (windows/linux) for NT2
- Configuring Cisco Routers, Switches, and Modem ADSL.
- Providing daily operational support and system administration
for core network infrastructure.
- Proficient in the use and troubleshooting of solarwinds.
- Onsite troubleshooting customer cases.
- Maintain and Configure solution for NT2 Customers
- System maintenance including monitor, Install, Implement,
Upgrade and backup servers for GIN NT2
- Troubleshoot MPLS Layer 3 WAN link (CISCO) for NT2
- Troubleshoot network, Maintain computer devices,
telephone and closed-circuit television systems and network.
