• Preparation of Cluster Reports Acceptance L21 and E18 to Customer.
• Preparation of Reports Cluster Activity SSOA and SSV to Customer.
• Contact customer and process DT regarding customer complaints.
• Identify problematic areas on DT result.
• KPIs monitoring for post launch process.
• Design Route for DT.
• Preparation of Benchmark Report and KPIs monitoring for post launch process.
• Parameters monitoring like RSRP, SINR, DL, UL, PRB, VoLTE, MOS, Handovers.
