• Handle & maintain production work of Rubber Compound Mixing, Planning, and Manage workforce.
• Responsible for Final compound production activity, mixing production maintain quality and productivity, Minimize waste and cleaning compound scrap control.
• Support primary next process and building process.
• Talk to previous shift’s compound mixers about production/inventory issues and concerns.
• Communication and works efficiently with the other compound mixers on shift share tasks.
• Check equipment functionality and supplies quantities needs, notifies supervisor of deficiencies
• Plan production schedule compound mixing support schedule mix product.
• Manpower controlled production and over time.
• Addition remill process and judgment grading rubber compound.
• Set up rubber mill area with cardboard for control area, and pallets as needs.
• Obtains list of mixers requiring compound and their priority from lead mixer
• Obtains correct compound need from storage or as produced from Banbury.
• Work the rubber compound off of mill to smooth constant appearance before cut off.
• Responsible to achieve target production, given by the management for optimum utilization of the manpower/machinery
• Responsible to prepare and give the daily production plan to the production supervisor a day in advance. And submit the stock report at the end of every day
• Responsible to delivery the right quality and quantity to customer on time and maintain the good relationship with them.
• Responsible to submit the report of optimum manpower requirement per shift basis and do the appraisal for subordinates and submits the same.

• To monitor, plan, measure and supervise daily production operations to achieve target and quality following production standard instructions and quality policy
• Solve and prevent any production problem and/or abnormal happening.
