ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Analyze and test the problems caused the customer’s quality feedback and in production process.
2. Primarily investigate NCR report from customer’s before issue RMA document to customer.
3. Return materials authorization, failure analyze reports and recommend corrective action to prevent recurrence of problems.
4. Analysis and rework&repair the return products from customers and production process.
5. Working with customers and engineer teams to implement changes and improve the test-ability and production process.
