-Initiate the advance customer and consumer analytics subjects which can help to enhance the stakeholder performance.
-Provide deep analytical and valuable insights (Customers Satisfaction) for decision-making support for key projects and management
-Interpret data into recommended action to support achievement of interlocked stakeholders KPI.
-Design & develop a set of performance metrics.
- Monitor and develop the project customer satisfaction survey , Consider the yearly data and find out the best way to solve the problem. Hold the data and present to Annual board meeting.
- Monitor and inspect the documents on site. Based on ISO (9001:2008).
Report and hold the data send to management team and board.
- Monitor KPI system and hold the MS Excel count function.
- Train and give advice the staff for MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
