• Developed and improved manufacturing processes and existing products. (Monitored two roll mill mixing process, Internal mixing process, injection molding processes, extrusion process and compression process). Controlled production process and cost saving to reduce rejected parts, wastes and cost.
• Analyzed manufacturing problems and customer issues related to design, process and function.
• Prepared and maintained accurate records of experiments, test results, conclusion, and project updates.
