Check price, confirm order and follow the documents.
Sourcing the new product to offer for our customer.
Manage the planning of delivery relate requirement with supplier
Inform the delivery plan to the internal.
(import, our freight forwarder, customs brokerage and warehouse)
Check the quality and weight of the product.
(Non-Seafood, Dairy, Condiment in chilled and frozen)
Request the document to support others dept. if have (QC need BRC, IFS)
Process claim and complain.
(if have from inspection by warehouse and customers)

• Issuing with NSW and create LPI to preparing the clearance with Thai FDA and Thai customs.
• RE-EXPORT shipment.
• Calculated the cost of local content to issue FTA FORM for export shipment.
• Issuing PHYTO SANITARY CERT., health cert. and relate with relate organization.
