 Project Owner’s representative in managing and coordinating multi-construction projects for the overall management of the Project and Construction Management Department, including assigned budgets and execution, and responsible for Strategic Planning for Construction Management and Construction projects overall project timeline from design, Pre-Construction, Construction, Handover and Post-Construction.❖Providing critical analysis during the design, construction, and closeout stage of a project. Maintains overall organization, project flow, budget and scheduling.❖Mainly oversee the construction of wellness resorts, private villas, and related infrastructure.❖Manage and lead project teams in operations, planning and implementation, contract tendering and management, and conducting all project tasks and risk management.❖Research and develop new innovations and technologies related to construction management in terms of project models, buildings, materials, and equipment.❖Experience in Business Development in purchasing new land, checking with the Legal department regarding condos and feasibility for finance.❖Good at the joint review of design and construction drawings and providing suggestions on the quality of drawings.❖Providing critical analysis during the design, construction, and closeout stage of a project.❖Manage the construction team to create innovation and new technology for design and construction.❖Coordinate with relevant departments such as construction department, marketing department, sales department, purchasing department, contractors, etc. so that the project's construction work can proceed continuously and within the company's budget.❖Give advice and make decisions to solve technical problems, including the work of contractors, think and set strategies to improve the work according to goals.

❖ Project Owner’s representative in managing and coordinating multi-construction projects.
❖ Managing the construction process for all company projects including the selection and management of the
project teams, including all the contractors.

Project management experience in Middle East and South East Asia in Construction industries gained working with the Main Contractors, Consultants, PMC, and Project Owner's Representatives in Design and construction Hospitality Management with experiences in Thailand, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Libya, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar & Maldives, working for multiple construction sections (Factories, Pharmaceutical, Luxury Hotels, and Resorts, etc...) as well for International Companies to develop strong skills and valuable expertise covering all aspects of the construction.
Core responsibility is to ensure that projects are delivered safely, to the highest international standards, within the agreed scope, quality, budget, time & risk parameters, and be a key point of contact on the project during the development and execution stage. I have worked on a diverse range of projects most recently with a leading Construction consultant on villas, high-rise hotels, high-rise high-end residential, office fit-outs, Hospitality, Commercial, Mixed-use, and Detached houses (The Ultimate Luxury & Ultra Luxury Pool Villas, and residence).
