Responsible: North of East region (UPC4)
- Main responsibility as RF area north of east: BRR CYP NKR and SRN
- Plan drive test routes for SSO and Cluster Pre-optimization using MapInfo Professional
- Plan and draw the route and send to customer for approval (SSO and Cluster)
- Justify to customer for any coverage/site issue so that it can be signed and ready for Cluster optimization
- Propose for electrical/mechanical tilting and azimuth changes to improve coverage
- Investigate on poor coverage area based on pilot pollution and best server analysis and propose solution to improve network quality
- Investigate and optimize serving cells based on Google Earth, TSSR and Site Audit data.
- Improve dominancy of serving cells and confine the coverage of every cells to reduce pilot pollution and overshooting
- Analyze, justify and solve call events for CS and PS (call attempt failures, call dropped, PDP Context Failed/Dropped, File Transfer Failed/Dropped)
- Perform pilot pollution optimization, SHO/ISHO optimization and detailed drive test analysis using L3 and RRC messages.
- Improve dominancy of serving cells to improve the HSDPA, HSUPA throughput.
- Review and solve very far neighbor and one-way neighbor
- Propose exclusion areas for SSO/PAC optimization reporting.
- Load RNC Performance Data and Configuration Files into excel for check current neighbor couple, Power, RET
- Investigate on customer complaint services
- Check for alarm/traffic/congestion
- Propose solution to improve/solve the site/network issue.
- Present acceptance report to customer (SSV, SSO, Pre-Acceptance)

- Plan and draw the route and send to customer for approval (SSO and Cluster)
- Justify to customer for any coverage/site issue so that it can be signed and ready for Cluster and SSO optimization
- Propose for electrical/mechanical tilting and azimuth changes to improve coverage
- Investigate on poor coverage area based on pilot pollution and best server analysis and propose solution to improve network quality
- Investigate and optimize serving cells based on Google Earth, TSSR and Site Audit data
- Tuning 4GEnhancement High band as per target.
- Tuning SSO Single site Low band and High band as per target.
- Tuning Split sector for low throughput site as per target.
- OMC (Operation Maintenance Center) to optimization neighbours, tuning parameter, change PCI
conflict and support drive test.
- Complaint handling and propose solution to solve customer problem.

- Do RF cluster tuning from drive test log file and provide solution to customer.
- SSV/SSO report, RF cluster optimization report, PAT and FAT report.
- Analysis database for test about scrambing code.
- Check Physical Layer(Layer 1) from test about scrambing code ,RSCP, Ec/No, Ec/Io ,Soft handover.
- Optimization for physical :: antenna height , direction , tilting ,ect.
- Review SSV report for check signal quality.
- Analysis poor performance by using Actix analyzer, Nemo analyzer and MapInfo program.

- Support SSV testing work using M2000 (Script running, site activate/deactivate,
parameter checking)
- Adjust E-tilt, RETSUBUNIT for changed coverage main lobe of beam power.

- Drive test site by site (SSV,CVT) 3G new site to be on air and report.
- Drive test from route using Nemo (Outdoor)
- Drive test scanning Idel mode using Nemo (Outdoor) no script.
- Stationary test outdoor VDO call , Short call , HSPA ,UL ,DL using Nemo (Outdoor).
- Preparation of Cell Ref files for drive test activity to team.
- Drive Test for network quality checking after 3G cluster ready to test.
- RF optimization: antenna adjustment (Changing E-Tilt and Azimuth) and report.
- Data analysis for finding discrepancy in network from drive test log file by using NEMO analyzer.
