ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Ensure the minimized machine downtime (EUPS,MTBF, MTTR) and the maximized machine efficiency, safety and productivity by launching PM strategy, and collaborate with Production team to coaching AM Pillar .
• Developing and implementing Maintenance strategy, prepare and execute the optimized annual Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument control for repair & maintenance budget for production and utility.
• Optimized the resources (budget, people, parts, etc.) to maximize the plant engineering capability by execute the planned budget, prioritize the projects and expenses, manage the engineering manpower to get the best results.
• Build the capability of engineering team and make them possess the “multi and High skill”.
• Build digital factory and develop digital tools to use in daily routine operation for governance and sustainability.
• Manage inventory spare parts to support daily operation and optimize stock to control working capital of company

• Manage Factory operation team to achieve target output follow plan with perfect safety in production line and high quality of product.
• Lead and coaching team (Production and Engineering staff) to analyse problem and find preventive action with problem solving theory (5 why ,SMED , DMAIC, FMEA) to achieve factory performance (%OEE)
• Lead team to drive project reduce Unplanned stoppage of machine, project cost reduction , project quality improvement.
• Manage team to drive TPM activity as an Autonomous Maintenance Leader.
• Coach ,motivate team and set plan to develop competency of staff in team
