 Train and improve to all standard and safety installation related.
- Work all job toward highest recognized standard
- Assess all risks
- Manage the site order
- Safety at site enforcement
- Promote the installation quality
 Supervise & Team operation building to an excellence operation level

 Manage pre&post servicing work including
- Report

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
 Manage all Projects to Specification, Time & Cost.
 Manage all Installation functions to maximum efficiency.
 Coordination between client, sales office, D&E, manufacturing and external parties
 Working with clients/sales office to define and ensure the project objectives
 Closely monitoring project progress and initiate necessary actions
 Manage and plan for the project installation and all the related activities from purchase order to accomplishment as per standard, on-time, within the budget and customer satisfaction.
 Manage mission, but not limit to;
- Manage the Resources
- Manage the materials
- Manage the logistics
- Manage the installation
- Manage the manpower
- Handling customer
 Attend and manage site, to agreed Company standards. Manage contractors, sub-contractors to ensure Health and Safety compliance, overall quality and installation is completed to schedule and fulfilling contractual obligations
 Make professional customer proposals and cost estimates
