To prepare important report as following for corporate internal unit and external requirement, Monthly staff list, Monthly Turn over report, Monthly headcount report, Organization Chart, Routine and ad-hoc report as requested
To take care for securities policies convenience up on hiring, transferring, promotion and resignation to cover staff access card, Car Parking Slot, IT networking, etc.
To supervise all central service administration such as Operator, Maid, Messenger, etc
