Ensure that all reporting and control procedures in the areas of operational compliance, customer service, management control of store, production, employee hygiene, maintenance and general administration are in place and are completed in accordance with Company’s policy and procedures.
Provides effective leadership to all employees directly or indirectly supervised and ensures that they are properly recruited, selected, trained, motivated and developed.
Ensures the commitment of all employees to meet working standards by assisting Restaurant General Managers to develop and implement action plans to improve and maintain Conducting periodic all standards.
Optimizes profitability and efficiency of stores under direct supervision by building sales through participating in Company marketing programs and training. Analyzing product, labor and other controllable costs; implementing improvements where needed. Ensure compliance with approved cash control and security procedures.

Restaurant Training Manager February 2015
Prepare consolidated operations training calendars and schedules based on Annual Training Plan.
Conduct Train-The-Trainer training for all new product/equipment rollouts to Field Operations and restaurant management teams.

KFC-Filed Training August 2014
Conduct Orientation and Train-The-Trainer training to all restaurant management teams using Developing CHAMPIONS training program.
Monitor and maintain training and development records of all Field Operations and restaurant management employees. Review periodically
