ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.ควบคุมและตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ความสมบูรณ์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อนเริ่มการผลิตและระหว่างการผลิต
2.ควบคุมและตรวจสอบความสะอาดของเครื่องจักร/อุปกรณ์,วัตถุดิบ/บรรจุภัณฑ์ ให้มีคุณภาพตามมาตราฐานที่กำหนด
3.ควบคุมและตรวจสอบสภาวะการผลิตของเครื่องจักรเช่น อุณหภูมิ,ความเร็ว,ค่าแรงขันฝา ให้มีคุณภาพตามมาตราฐานที่กำหนด
4.ควบคุมและตรวจสอบสุขลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานที่ปฎิบัติงานในพื้นที่ไลน์ผลิต ให้เป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบบริษัท
5.ควบคุมและตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง,สมบูรณ์ของผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป (ความถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ของสินค้า,สิ่งเจือปน)
6.บันทึกผลการตรวจสอบ/ดำเนินการ ในใบบันทึกผลการตรวจสอบประจำวัน

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Ensure that all packaging material are ready to be used in production by checking and sampling all incoming packaging against Standard and COA and releasing them by using SAP and GLIMS system.
• Coordinate with quality team to control the timeline of releasing lead time of all packaging that store in the 3rd party warehouse to meet with each production plan for both regular and urgent cases.
• Coordinate with the Packaging Engineer to ensure that all required document such Standard, Print Master, Specification are in place for incoming check.
• Coordinate with Maintenance team ensure all measuring tools are calibrated in time.
• Work together with production department team when notified of nonconformity of the packaging used in production. Coordinate with related party to find solution and get approval if those packaging are usable.
• Responsible for issuing the complaint report of packaging material including create RCA report and following up on Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) with Supplies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Suppliers to evaluate the problems. Monitoring on cases that prone to repeat.
• Responsible for Create, Approved NC of packaging that does not meet the requirements in Optiva system.
• Responsible for issue rejection report for packaging material that not meet the requirements.
• Coordinate with Supplier for packaging material analysis when requesting.
• Review and summarize monthly quality assessment results of the Packaging Material from all Suppliers.
• Attend and response for the question in QMR monthly meeting.
• Summarize and update quality score of VPR report to Regional team.
• Coordinate with Raw Material Sampling team. Receive and assist in solving preliminary issues. Present to supervisors to understand and find solutions to the team.
• Control and monitor the integrity of a QA Sampling room before and after use.
• Represent as a committee in Safety department. Responsible for all aspects of Safety, BSO and Monthly Safety Update.
• Represent as a committee in Health and Safety and Environmental Management OHSAS18001 & ISO14001 responsible for the Aspect & Risk assessment.
