- Leading and developing Indirect teams to drive results across the end-to-end value chain both BTL & ATL.
-A detailed knowledge of lubricants markets, covering B2C and B2B marketing/sales activities
-Developing and implementing business marketing action plans (combination with Marketing team), customer value propositions for our brands and aligning business segments and channels to the Grow of lubricants Strategy.
-Explore business opportunities, sales channel, pricing, strategy to increase New Business sales.
- Sales action particularly seeking for new customers to achieve sales target.
- Coordinate invoicing and bill payment as necessary to get full payment from customers and ensure good collection performance.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction i.e. delivery date, product & service quality under companys current resources
- Plan sales forecast and monitoring by monthly.
- Develop and grows up the sales with potential customers/prospects/projects effectively.
- Address customers problems on-site or seek technical support for efficient and effective problem solving.
