ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Duties:
- Perform laboratory test for incoming materials.
- Perform QC test on production samples: Sensory Test.
- Perform chemical analysis of softener water.
- Train and assign staff responsibility, look after 17 staffs.
- Monitoring and examining each stage of production.
- Communicated with production supervisor to provide QC details and develop effective plan for addressing quality analysis method.
- Record all relevant details from QC tests in proprietary database program according to state documentation procedures.
- Preparing and summitting QC documentation.
- Report issues to the manager and issue Non-conforming report (NCRs) for Non- conforming work or process then manage NCR to ensure resolved in a timely manner to manager.
- Conducts safety meeting develops and improves product to increase customers satisfaction.
- Provides positive work environmental for staff to maximize their personal and organization potentially.
- Monitors quality from ingredients, preparing process, hygienic production area, production process and shipping areas of the plant collaborates with production team to address concerns and make recommendation for improvements both proactively and reactively.
- Ensuring that internal and external audits are properly carried out.
Skills:
- Microsoft office: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent in Thai language.
- Good in English.
- Good working knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Assisting the training and development of staff.
- Dealing with the technical issues according to the problem.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work with department related supplier, production team, purchase team, engineering team, handyman, maintenance team, etc.
- Strong decision, making skills with ability to respond quickly and accurately as issues arise.
