- Directly responsible to the F& B Manager for the proper supervision and Function of all F& B employees, facilities, Operation, Sales, Costs and department Profit.
- F & B Operations from the standpoint of operating costs, increasing sales, efficiency, merchandising principles, work simplification and sanitation, making specific corrections and recommendations necessary for optimum performance.
- Assists to develop and conduct training sessions for F&B department personals.
- Follow-up programs and politic to ensure compliance to prescribed methods and standards.
- Supervises and co-ordinates all menu planning, pricings, food and beverage presentation, sanitation, promotions and employee scheduling, ensure quality preparation and service at all times.

- Directs daily and weekly meetings with warehouse Beverage staff covering all necessary subjects pertaining to proper functioning of the Beverage including future banquets, operational problems, possible change in procedures, New Management policies etc.
- Assists to make daily inspection of F&B departments including all restaurants, kitchens, store rooms, staff canteen and other areas in control.
- Develops new ideas to improve upon sales, reduce costs or increase in the productivity of the F&B operation.
- Performs other duties as and when required by the hotel from time to time.
Special Responsibilies
- Daily inspection and supervision to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Conducts beverage training to all bar and service staff as and when necessary and monitor their work performance.
- Checks bar counter operation and periodically inspects daily bar inventory for proper keeping of records, also for unauthorized bottle stock and for free drinks given out.
- Checks beverage premises for cleanliness, floral plants, interior lightings, service stations, guest supplies and air -conditioning etc, properly maintained in accordance with check list.
- Checks and monitors food & beverage staff attendance and movements-leave, public holidays, overtime etc.
- Maintains correct operational hours for the opening and closing of the food & beverage department.

- Inspects that guests are served with peanuts and snacks from the hotel delivered promptly for service.
- Checks layout of seating arrangements for easy movement of service and that all furniture, upholsteries and carpeting are clean and in good condition, reports on and needs for repair or cleaning to the relevant departments for follow-up request.
- Checks that all keys to door locks, bar stores and counters, exit door are accounted for and spares are readily available upon request.
- Checks the ice- maker periodically for suffice ice cubes and that and emergency supply is stored in the hotels basement cold room at all times.

- Set up and create new food & beverage for marketing and selling.

- Co-ordination with all departments for assigns the new promotions and new activities.
- Have the knowledge of the new food and beverage promotion, wine list and service procedures ensure.
- Always stay in standard of the good service food and beverage.
- To respect the policy of the hotel.
- Always make the guest happy when are visit.
