• Consult to up line management to do prepare staff that they are follow business plan to achieve target • Searching New Technology to develop and find out training to improve staff’s competency
• Setup new Technology and Sale competency roadmap for Shop and Dealer Staff of True PCL
• Follow up training output and then do analyze training need to develop course for front line staff and partner staff to achieve
• Evaluate problem Analysis that it is gone be happen in training process and fine out solution to solve the problem with stake holder.
• Do a summary report to prefer to up line management for decision approval
• Give a suggestion to IT system that we’ll prepare to prevent unavailable
• Prepare Basic & Advance Training Curriculum for IT Friend
• Above Training Courses is Conducting for ALL True Super users, True Customer Service and Sale, Channel Supporter, True Partners (Dealer) sometimes for True Executives
• Deploying & Maintaining Training System • coordinated with System and Application Development Team • Supporting All users for Course Detail & Real Work

• Handset / PDA-phone Knowledge for ALL Wireless Devices Platform
• Device Connectivity Knowledge and Problem Solving Training
• Wireless Network Problem Analysis and Case Follow-up Training
• VSMAP Model Training (about Application that Content Partner can access VSMAP for open new service (Data Service) with AIS
• Above Training Courses is Conducting for ALL AIS Super users, Help-desk, AIS Customer care agent, Channel Supporter, Call Center, Corporate Sales, AIS Service Operation Team, AIS Partners (Telewiz, Dealer and Content Providers) and sometimes for AIS Executives
• Deploying & Maintaining Training System
• Coordinated with System and Application Development Team
• Supporting All users for Course Detail & Real Work
• Digital Media Developing for Online Deployment & E-Learning (Microsoft Share Point, IBM LNS, Flash Interaction, On-line Presentation, Video Clip, Video on Demand, etc)
