- Manage information technology and computer system.
- Install and maintenance network system/software and hardware for supporting office (working with supplier)
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT
- Act with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Controlling and preserve assets, information security and control structure
- Other duties as assigned by senior and global team
- Provide technical support and knowledge for all users (working with senior service specialist)
- First level Helpdesk Support Agent responsible to provide front-line support to all users
- Resolving problems, emergencies, and complaints affecting quality of services.
- Supporting IT issues both hardware and software (including mobile).
- Support Hardware (Desktop , Notebook , Printer , etc.)
- Support Software ( MS Windows XP/7/8 , MS Office 2003/2007/2010)
- Support Network (Internet , LAN )
- Maintenance (Desktop , Notebook , Server ) on weekday
- Manage and Handle ISO 9001:2008 in IT Section
