-Employee recruitment work from start to finish (JD / Onboarding)
-Proceed with hiring and following up with new employees until the probationary period is over.
Payroll
-Check working days-times / entry-exit and leave.
-Make employee salaries through MS Excel programs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare tax information such as PND 1 / PND 1 Kor / 50 bis
-Contact and take action regarding social security, compensation fund, Student Loan Fund, throughout the system.
Compensation & Benefits
- Take care and operate the health insurance of employees.
- Update new benefits and respond to labor laws
Employee Relations
-Update news, rules and regulations of the company
-Is an important part in creating activities among employees each year.
-Acts as a bridge between executives and employees. Both in terms of communication and implementation of HR policies.
Admin work
- Supervise the purchase of office supplies
- Take care of the company environment to be suitable for work.
- Supervise and monitor the work of the maid.
