1. Managing projects and issues that are related to outsource employees. 2 Dealing with all manner of employment HR rules & regulations, issues
and requests.
3 Visiting clients in order to maintain good employee relationships and to
promote good relationships with clients.
4 Supporting and advising clients on labor laws.
5 Working closely with customers as a consultant and specialist on people issues. 6 Executing HR projects as assigned by the HR Client Services Manager.
7 Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
8 Handling new hire orientation, preparation of materials and on-boarding program
PAYROLL
ompleteness and correctness of the payroll process within a timeline.
2 Prepare monthly reports (Social security, personal income tax, overtime report, PND1) and yearly reports (W/H 50, PND91, PND95, PND1K and tax certificate) within time frames.
3 Manage salary administration & benefit payment process, as per issue terms
& conditions for payroll including checking time attendance, OT, other eligibility & timely update employee data & status.
4 Provide employee services for a certification of personal and confidential information upon request, such as salary certification letters for the bank or visa application etc.
5 Manage employment relations and staff benefits welfare matters.

1 Payroll & Tax
- Implement payroll system including attendance system, payroll records, over-time report by B-Plus payroll
- Problem solving when arises with staff and management on payroll
- Payroll administration, filling, maintain relates data for new joiners/ leavers in systems, employee working/salary certificates, etc to be stored/ kept/ maintained with quality in real time basis. - Ensure of 100% accuracy of required reports from related
Government Offices, Revenue Department and Social Security

- Searching the potential candidate with the requirement. - Develops and implement the full spectrum of Recruitment functions.
- Generating, identifying and creating the profiles of suitable candidates and update staffs profile for present service to client.
- Handle all the end to end recruitment procedures and processes and activities and responsible for continuing process improvement in recruitment procedures and processes.
- Maintain files and correspondence, handles confidential materials, schedules appointment and meeting as directed. To help manager regarding the orientation program, research the employee training.
-Support and coordinate with all department heads and all employees in all areas of HR & Admin function.
