ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Maintaining and supporting for Users.
- Providing IT Systems maintenance to support office based
users.
- Being responsible for solving IT problems , Install programs
setting up desktops and taking care of the operation of
other IT tools such as scaner , printer , photocopier ,finger
scan.
- Managing and controlling IT fixed assets , Documentation ,
Payment and contract agreements.
- Providing an application consulting service , troubleshooting
and training.
- Configure , manage and support company network
(WAN/LAN , Router , switch)
- Configure , manage and support company servers (Active
Directory, Window server 2003 & 2008 , Antivirus etc.
- Navision program / operating system update / antivirus /
Data backup and recovery solution.
- Contact and coordinate with vendors on ERP System and
business goals successfully.
- Configure and management the CCTV camera System.
- Knowledge of the standards ISO 27001 which standard for
the management and security of information.
