o 3G/4G Network optimization under Central region as cluster Owner of Suphanburi,Nakhonpathom and Kanchanaburi through drive test measurements via Tems Investigation/Tems Discovry to analyze HO, PCI Swap, CSFB call, Latency Test, RRC Set Up & drop rate, SINR for VOLTE and LTE to identify problamatic area,analyze and propose short/long term solution
o Daily/Weekly WCL analysis on various KPIs as Accessibility, Retainability and Mobility Class,short term/long term solution recommendation.
o Benchmarking,external Interference verfication and/OSS KPI measurements, detecting eventual problems and recommending changes to fixing those problems.
o Collaborated with design Engineers as well network construction and implementation team to identify suitable location for infill cell site s to improve network coverage and customer experience.
o Parameter tuning and justifications for performance improvements.
o WMRR analysis for network improvement.
o Conduct technical negotiations and presentations to customers to the network ‘s problem.
o Monitoring network performance to ensure its performance run smoothly.
o Support on customer complaint,event support,City improvement etc. troubleshooting,analysis,short term/long term solution recommendation to customer and follow up till issue has been resolved.

o Taking action as cluster owner for SSV and cluster tuning UMTS sites based on Coverage_RSCP, Quality_Ec/Io, Pilot pollution,
o missing neighbors, Soft Handover using drive test data’s. Optimize to improve Ec/Io (Reduce Pilot Pollution) by improving RSCP of dominant cells and reducing coverage (Interference) of less dominant sectors through physical changes (Azimuth,M-Tilt/E-Tilt ),parameter tuning thus rectify the overshooting sectors issues,cross feeder verification and also proposing new site after analysis of coverage issue. Coverage by skewing sectors, down tilt/Up tilt, power increase/decrease by using better antenna gain such as 2T4R or High gain ant etc.
o Primary verification of drive data and taking necessary corrective measures, like Neighbor addition and deletion and interference analysis.Providing appropriate Tilts (Electrical /Mechanical) to reduce the interference or improve the coverage.3.5G DRIVE TEST - HSDPA & HSUPA drive testing for checking throughput in Network.HSDPA parameters like CQI, Modulation etc.
o Analyzing site performance after integration through drive test measurements and/or OSS measurements, detecting eventual problems and recommending changes to fixing those problems.
o Eventually, in a project, coordinating and validating the technical work of a small group of RF performance engineers.
o Parameter modification and KPI Monitoring.
o RF Planning via Google earth and Mapinfo base on coverage,capacity,customer complaint issue etc.
o Pre-drive and post-drive report preparation and follow up until FAC done.

o Work as network optimization team handle BMA (Ericsson network)and Southern (Huawei Network) region by taking care of 3 Layer newtwork (GSM 1800,UMTS 2100 and UMTS 850),daily KPI monitoring via worst cell analysis,capacity management,customer complaint report preparation, solution and analysis were provided to meet up with the customer‘s satisfaction.
o Worst cell analysis on major KPIs such as Call Setup Success Rate % (CS/PS), Drop call % (CS/PS),Handover Success Rate (Inter/Inter/IRAT)
o Parameter tuning for Accessibility (Admission control,Cpich tuning,Power license expansion to avoid Power/DlCode/ULHw and DlHw congestion).
o Parameter tuning for Retainability (Hardward verification, Alarm,outage,UL RSSI,VSWR,neighboring tuning,swap feeder verification).
o Parameter tuning for Mobility (qoffset,Cell Individual Offset to overcome handver failure).
o Parameter tuning for Throughput (Load balancing,Cpich tuning,Power licene upgrdae for capacity expansion also include new sector/small cell and new site proposal as long term solution).
o Determine problem sites by using network key performance indicators(CSSR %,CDR %,SHO%), drive test data via RSCP,EcNo,CQI etc and statistic to solve out the network‘s problem.
o Coordinate with the vendor regard to the assigned task via resource management such as drive tester assignment, rigger etc.
o WMR Analysis to sort out the overshooting sites and External Interference analysis in South region to enhance the quality of service.

o Perform data service testing and measurements at stationary positions when required
