- Formulate Monthly Business Review presentation encompassing quality issues, cycle time review, process improvement, process & customer claims, operator skills development
- Formulate Risk report & present in BoD Meeting. The topics include electricity down prevention and machine break-down
- Analyze Cost Control, Cost Reduction and COPQ data and submit analytics insights to Accounting Dept. for presenting in Business Plan Meeting

- Manage a Team of 80 employees under span of Control
- Operations technical training both classroom & OJT as well as co-develop training plan, devise OPS learning tools & materials (SOP, MG, PC, Skill Evaluation Checklist, Certification Exam) with HR L&D
- Machine commissioning incl. day-to-day machine operation as well as tooling procurement plan
- Analyze & prepare monthly Plant Performance Report (incl. C2P, Manpower Utilization & Productivity, Scrap, Rework) to present to Wire & Cable Group Top Executive
- Plan CAPEX program
- Lead & allocate resources to facilitate plant tour to key leads
- Compute & plan plant man-to-machine for the entire plant as well as ensure that proper headcounts of workforce is deployed to each work station as per Machine Utilization Plan
- Lead key Operations Meeting (War Room, Radar)
- Develop & improve manufacturing process by adopting Lean Enterprise concept in order to attain high productivity & quality at lowest operating cost
- Improve process activities on product quality & yield
- Provide advice & consultation to production supervisor & operators
- Issue process card to identify basic parameter for daily production corresponding to daily production planning and manufacturing guideline
