Position : Project Management
Project : Digital Trunked Radio System (SAMART-CAT)
- Coordinating with customer representatives to jointly plan new project forcasts, as well as costs are controlled within the agreed budget and launch costs requirements, etc..
- Prepare project schedules, resources, equipment, information and monitor update progress.
- Responsible for technical training and technical support to customers, and subcontractors at project.
- Provide the product training & trial to subcontractors team.
- Control subcontractor to survey & install the radio station equipment and inspect on site the installation.
- Verify and review Design drawing (AutoCad), As-built drawing and others related.
- Check the correct document and installation a drawing associated with the installation.
- Attend regular meetings with supplier and customer.
- Other assignments.
Position : Sale Support Engineer (Telecom Product)
Telecom Product : Antenna, Filter, Diplexer, Feeder, Connector, Transmission and accessories in Base Station Mobile. These products are sold to many customers in the telecommunications industry.
- Working closely with AIS, DTAC, TRUE, HUAWEI, ERICSSON, NOKIA, SAMART, LOXLEY and other customers to devise effective solutions.
- Work in partnership with sales to help customers determine the best technology solutions and help close sales opportunities with customer.
- Support both sales and operations team on technical clarification.
- Providing recommendation support for customers post implementation.
- Check product specifications before sending to customer for consideration.
- Monitor and attend factory and site testing.
- Test telecom product for approve list with customer.
- Consider and check test results together with the customer. (Installation & Drive Test Report)
- Study and analyze breakdown causes and take corrective action to prevent re-occurrence.
Position : Presales Engineer
Telecom Product : Antenna, Feeder, Connector, Transmission and others in Base Station Mobile.
- Responsible for providing telecommunication products and solutions to existing and potential customers.
- Present and recommend the products, technology, and services to the customers.
- Also provide customer relations, technical assistance and convert customer requirement to solutions for the telecom system and related products of a company.
- Regularly meeting with customer’s representatives to jointly plan new project forecasts and refurbishments, as well as provide technical assistance & recommendations.
- Coordinate with international engineering representatives of related product line; inspect, collect and feedback the product application information, and suggestions on products improvement.
