• Support customer check network status and analyze problem Leased Line, MPLS,VDSL,G.SHDSL, routing static bgp ospf , qos, check log alarm and etc.
• Equipment management router modem,switch for example cisco,huawei, juniper,zyxel.
• Network management & analyze WAN ,LAN ,VLAN Network.
• Draw a network diagram in case major incident of customers and summary of causes and solutions for dedicate customer.
• Thinking and analyzing ways to prevent network problems down frequently.
• Support technical consultation with customers.
• Mark report traffic.
• Meeting with customers to clarify in case of network problems.
• Working as division manager assign.
• Advising and suggesting helpdesk staff.
