Responsible for all functions of the HR department including recruitment, workplace safety, employee relations, compensation planning, labor law compliance and training (One HR of the company).
Set up the company regulation, policy, organizational chart, welfare (Startup company).
Provide support the selection process i.e. job posting, application screening, scheduling the interviews, make an appointment, interview, evaluate candidates and informing the results of the interview)
Create and control the company agreement such as office rental agreement, employment contract, part-time contracts, Offer letter and etc.
Create the orientation document and execute orientation with employees and support for name card, office supplies, stationery and etc.
Process for employee performance tracking and evaluation.
Record, update and control the personal data of all employees.
Handle the foreigner tax ID, Visa and Work Permit.
