Manage team ensure optimum accessibility of the Service Desk based on customer's Service Level Agreement

- Supervise the testing of the equipment according to customer requirements.
- Check and troubleshoot the equipment that distribute to customers.
- Coordinate with the manufacturer to solve the problem about the firmware products to meet the customer's requirements.
- Prepare documents from NBTC for importing goods.
- Get more customers to increase sales to the company.
- Coordinate with the customers to present and drive sales the products to them.
