Personal Financial Service System Support and Improvement (UAT)
• Review and analyze business requirement, functional specification of the project with related users and, IT development and related team to clarify scope, feature, functionality, and impact.
• Develop test case, test script base on business requirement, functional specification, and test scope.
• Data Preparation.
• Execute UAT according to test plan, scope, cases & scripts.
• Race defects and issues into Jira and follow up defect with related teams
• Manage and track UAT issues and collaborate with IT business analyst, IT development and related team to fix and closed.
• Update UAT project status regularly to related parties to ensure UAT project completion.
• Retest defect and coordinate with related teams.
• Regression test and also retest the defect.
• Review test result with end users to ensure the quality of UAT project.
• Create test results document.
• Preparation of documents such as Test cases, Testing Results, and user acceptance testing (UAT) documents.
• Provide consulting with end users and IT team during post implementation period.
