• Planning /Scheduling for machine, weekly, monthly, yearly inspection and repair, maintenance expense, renovation expense and budget.
• Management and control raw - material and post inventory from the planning to be requirement consistent of standard for minimize inventory cost of compare.
• Planning production capacity and balance operators for suit demands of orders by TPS concept.
• Manage supervise and implement maintenance procedures, including monitoring of external maintenance suppliers.
• Responsible for energy efficiency to reduce energy cost and summary report.
• Provide preventive and corrective plan for all of machine.
• Leadership with ability or experience to start from scratch to manage capital investment project, build a team and establish system as pioneer of the company.
• Able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, including presentations.
• Contract to suppliers who supply all machine part, and contract to suppliers for yearly service agreement all of important machine.
• Manage and prepare KPI. and year plan for Maintenance Section.
• All Utility Systems and Safety activity of factory to control and support.
