Key responsibilities
 Support the DOR in applying Total Revenue Management for both hotels. Forecasting Rooms, Food & Beverage Outlets, Banqueting and other Misc. revenues within a 5% accuracy threshold.
 Detailed analysis of the business pickup trends by segments (Online, wholesale FIT and corporate FIT) in addition to booking behaviours.
 Advise rates to Sales team and perform Displacement Analysis for Group business by applying seasonality, comparing to competitive performance.
 Action on any deviation that requires strategic/tactical adjustments (Price points, RM levels, Group Pricing, Stay Restrictions, Stop Sales, etc.)
 Support DOR in Budget Preparation (Rooms, FB & CE) and Leisure Rate Grid Process
 Handle OLTAs Campaign and performance monitoring
 Person in Charge for Wholesale Margin contract (SiteMinder)
 F&B outlet business revenue projections
 Created report for monitoring Function rooms utilization and catering performance by segments (Corporate Group, Pure Banqueting, Wedding & Social) and by individual sale budgeted.
 Continuous development of revenue management techniques in order to maximize hotel revenue streams such as Rooms, F&B, Spa & Catering

▪ Fulfil reservation requests by determining the rooms available to meet customer desires.
▪ Verify customer information and payment options, assign rooms and respond to customers with confirmation emails or letters. And put in the system
▪ Working at front desks, as opposed to as call centres, also greet and register guests face-to-face, explain policies and hotel features, issue room keys and deal with customer service issues.
▪ Reporting reservation daily pickup to HOD, Compass Hospitality and owner.
▪ Prepare and fulfil some information of reservation and revenue part in GM report
▪ Prepare and fulfil some information of Forecast Tools report (Budget & Pick up)
