• Oversee the total related processes of recruitment
• Analyze the current recruitment situation and plan recruitment solution
• Screen, interview, and selection candidates
• Contact candidate to make interview and sign contract appointment
• Prepare essential documents for job application and employment
• Summarize weekly - monthly manpower
• Coordinate with internal or external organization
• Update recruitment situation including analyzing customer requirements
