รายละเอียดงาน
• Provide HR application support and day-to-day issue resolution to key users in HR including troubleshooting, also across different departments
• Perform system testing and analysis to ensure data accuracy
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR operations and recommend changes or enhancements to optimize workflows and increase productivity
• Manage employee database, job change management, query tool management
• Communicate system changes, upgrades, and general information to HR key users and end users
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years experiences working with HRIS
3. Proficient in data analysis and reporting using HRIS tools or other data management software
4. Proficient in programming language i.e. Python, JavaScript, and C#
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
6. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
7. Understanding of HR processes and procedures
8. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of employee data
