รายละเอียดงาน
- ตรวจสอบแก้ไขปัญหา, รับเรื่องติดตามงานจากลูกค้าและหน่วยงาน service desk ภายใน
- ประสานงานออกข้างนอกให้กับ workforce เพื่อขอเจ้าหน้าที่เข้าแก้ไข
- สามารถให้ทำแนะนำการตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ Switch, Router ได้
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชายเท่านั้น อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
- จบการศึกษา ป.ตรี สาขาโทรคมนาคม
- มีประสบการณ์การฝึกงานด้าน NOC, Network, Switch, Router, Fiber Optic จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถนั่งปฏิบัติงานแถวอารีย์และพร้อมเริ่มงานได้ทันที
